A comprehensive year-long curriculum taught in physical education classes that promote healthy behaviors related to nutrition, physical activity/exercise, sleep, self-worth and respect for others
The HEAL curriculum integrated in physical education, family and consumer sciences, and core health classes teaches students relevant wellness components and provides opportunity for practice.
A college credited curriculum taught in the core health class focusing on healthy behaviors such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and self-worth. Other campus-wide HEAL programs, such as Wellness Week and HEAL clubs, empower students to achieve optimal health in a University settings.
Community members can get HEAL certified and join the HEAL Unified Wellness Movement. HEAL for Employees, Faculty, and Staff Professional Development workshops available to educate and engage adult populations in schools and workplaces to join the HEAL way of life.
