Almond Butter Parfait

This tasty and healthy snack was created by Jada Howell, who attends Pizitz Middle School. This recipe was the second place winner in our 2021 HEAL-icious Recipe Challenge.

Serves 1

  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Pour granola into a bowl or jar. Add yogurt and almond butter. Stir, if desired. Place banana on top or into side of the dish, then add chocolate chips.
