Add protein to your snack to help maintain strong muscles!
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup granola
- 1-2 apples
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Slice apples.
- Spoon a dollop of yogurt on top of the apples.
- Drizzle peanut butter and sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt.
