Banana Roll Up
These healthy roll-ups with peanut butter and bananas make eating lunch fun!
Bananas are a great source of potassium, which is an electrolyte. Electrolytes are essential nutrients necessary for maintaining a proper balance of hydration and pH in the body.
Try sunflower seed butter as an allergy-friendly alternative. Makes 1 serving.
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 whole grain tortilla
1 banana, sliced
Small drizzle of honey
Spread peanut butter in the middle of one whole grain tortilla.
Place sliced bananas on top and drizzle with a small amount of honey.
Fold in one end, roll like a burrito and enjoy.
