 Cranberry Sauce
Cranberry Sauce
This traditional holiday side dish is a great source of antioxidants. It’s also easy and so much tastier than cranberry sauce in a can!
Serves 6
- 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
- ¾ to 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil while stirring.
- Continue stirring while allowing to boil gently for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover and cool completely at room temperature.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
