Ingredients

  • Whole wheat or spinach tortilla 
  • Avocados 
  • Hummus
  • Rotisserie chicken 
  • Roasted turkey 
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomatoes 
  • Lemon and lime juice 
  • Spinach 
  • Garlic
  • Cajun or Greek seasoning 

 

Recipe Directions

  1. Choose your favorite wrap. 
  2. Choose a protein (chicken or turkey). 
  3. Add a healthy fat (avocados or hummus). 
  4. Pack your sandwich with vegetables and other seasonings and enjoy!
