Frozen Chocolate Banana Snack
This healthy snack provides a good source of potassium, vitamin B6, and fiber.
- 4 whole bananas
- 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
- Peel bananas, place in a zip lock bag and freeze solid.
- Place frozen bananas, cocoa powder and peanut butter into blender or food processor.
- Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely mixed, scrape sides of blender as needed.
- Eat right away or freeze.
