Frozen Chocolate Banana Snack 

This healthy snack provides a good source of potassium, vitamin B6, and fiber. 

Ingredients

  • 4 whole bananas 
  • 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth)

Recipe Directions

  1. Peel bananas, place in a zip lock bag and freeze solid. 
  2. Place frozen bananas, cocoa powder and peanut butter into blender or food processor. 
  3. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely mixed, scrape sides of blender as needed. 
  4. Eat right away or freeze.
