Frozen Chocolate Banana SnackÂ
This healthy snack provides a good source of potassium, vitamin B6, and fiber.Â
Ingredients
- 4 whole bananasÂ
- 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
Recipe Directions
- Peel bananas, place in a zip lock bag and freeze solid.Â
- Place frozen bananas, cocoa powder and peanut butter into blender or food processor.Â
- Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely mixed, scrape sides of blender as needed.Â
- Eat right away or freeze.
