One classroom set is provided at no cost to schools participating in HEAL Day on May 3, 2022. Books will be distributed to schools on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis as long as supplies last.

It’s not too late to celebrate HEAL Day 2022!

Teachers, students, families, and friends are invited to enjoy an action-packed ten-minute program designed to help children and adults embrace fun and healthy behaviors.  Watch Alabama Governor Kay Ivey and American Idol superstar Taylor Hicks, launch the latest HEAL book and song, “123s the HEAL Way.” You’ll also see Marlon Humphrey, NFL Pro football cornerback for the Baltimore Ravens, presented with the 2022 HEAL HERO Award for his help in promoting and inspiring a healthy lifestyle.

ABCs book

Registered participants can:

  • Receive “123s the HEAL Way” song, lyrics, and pre-release copies of the book. (while supplies last)
  • Listen to Alabama Governor Ivey officially launch and read aloud from 123s the HEAL Way.
  • Dance along with Taylor Hicks as he debuts the new HEAL song and music video of “123s the HEAL Way.” Taylor Hicks is an American Idol Champion, Platinum-selling singer/songwriter, Broadway star, television host, and restaurateur.
  • Listen to Christy Swaid, Founder and CEO of HEAL United, deliver a special HEAL Day message.
