Alabama Governor Kay Ivey will introduce the 2023 HEAL Day book release Turning Frowns Upside Down. This book leads readers and listeners through a HEAL Hero adventure that focuses on helping children and adults improve their mental health.
Multiple generations can discover ways to practice science-based health behaviors that promote mental and physical wellness, compassion, belonging, and self-worth.
Afterwards, viewers will enjoy a moment of fun physical activity with our montage of HEAL music and dance.
