Great HEAL Recipes
Serve with carrot slices, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and radishes for a high fiber snack!
- 1 ½ tablespoons coarsely chopped onion (red if possible)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ small jalapeño pepper minced (to your liking)
- 1 ripe peeled avocado
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves or 2 tablespoons salsa
- Peel and mash 1 ripe avocado with a fork until creamy texture is reached!
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
