Quick Pasta SaladQuick Pasta Salad

Enjoy this colorful side dish outdoors at a picnic or at your next family barbeque.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. tricolor rotini pasta
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
8 ounces pitted black olives, halved
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup of bottled lite Italian Dressing or Red Wine Vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl add the cooked pasta, feta cheese, tomatoes, black olives, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and dressing and toss gently. Refrigerate.
