Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan
Cheese and broccoli have calcium to maintain strong bones!
Other vegetables to use in this recipe:cauliflower, fresh green beans, or zucchini.
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Wash and cut broccoli florets. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss and roast for about 15 minutes.
- Turn broccoli and sprinkle with parmesan. Cook until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
