Sweet Sesame-Lime Cabbage Salad
Enjoy a refreshing, colorful, and nutritious summer salad!
Salad Ingredients
- 12 oz shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ red onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons diced shallots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil or substitute with olive oil
Recipe Directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients into blender, blend until smooth.
- Combine all salad ingredients into bowl, toss with dressing. Chill and serve!
