Sweet Sesame-Lime Cabbage Salad

Enjoy a refreshing, colorful, and nutritious summer salad!

Salad Ingredients

  • 12 oz shredded cabbage 
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ red onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons diced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil or substitute with olive oil

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients into blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients into bowl, toss with dressing. Chill and serve!
