Trail Mix with Dried Fruit
(1 cup = 1 serving)
This healthy snack includes 3 food groups (grain, fruit, and protein) and is an excellent source of iron, folate, and vitamins E and B12.
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn chex cereal
- 1 cup wheat chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzel twists
- ½ cup of dried cranberries or golden raisins
- ½ cup dried banana slices
- ½ cup toasted almonds
Recipe Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Store in airtight container.
