Berry Good Yogurt Bark
Serves: 2-4 people
Kids will love this healthy snack, and can even make it themselves.
- 2 cups yogurt (Lowfat Vanilla Greek yogurt is a great option)
- Fresh or frozen berries of choice
- Chopped pecans
- Mini chocolate chips
- Spread yogurt into an even layer on a baking sheet lined with wax paper
- Sprinkle berries, pecans, and mini chocolate chips on top
- Freeze 2-3 hours
- Slice into squares or triangles and enjoy!
- Store in freezer
